I believe in practical, cost-effective solutions that respect your time, your budget, and—whenever possible—the environment. That means I’ll always look for ways to repurpose, donate, recycle, and reduce waste where we can.
 

If you’re preparing to sell your home, I can often defer full payment until closing (with a deposit), so you can focus on the transition—not the upfront cost.
